Comments:
Lots of mobiling fun and an easy drive activating just seven counties. The
FT897 and Hamstiks performed flawlessly. 20m was erratic ; at a few stops I had
nice runs, at other stops I CQed without takers. Of course 40m was the place to
be. 80m was lots of fun, but it would have been even better if it wasnt for the
QRN from the T-storms just to our south. As the weather started to soured
around 6:00 pm local, I decided to head for home so I missed that last hour or
so. The next day saw 12 plus inches of snow in the area that I left. Thanks
to all who worked my mobile signal. My call is good in QRZ for those who need a
