Comments:
After started and I found 10 and 15 open, decided to go as long as could.
Mostly a S&P effort. Very interesting on who could and who could not copy me
on my 40 and 80 meter verticals. Had a moderately hign dipole for 40/80 in
case verts went long; verticals [Big SteppIR on 40 and Gladiator on 80] better
than the dipole except once on 10 meters! Go figure.
Love this contest; always lots of fun, tho got to look at SO2R in near future.
And it was a hoot to work Don AA5AU toward end of contest. BTW, Don's web site
suggestions on using the profiles button on WL/MMTTY Plug In made the difference
in being able to print on 10 and not; so once more, indebted to the tips that
Don shares with RTTY ops! TU Don!
I see there were a goodly number of new or newish calls; hope they all enjoyed
NAQP and see them again.
Back yard antenna farm: 2 ele quad; SteppIR on 40; Gladiator on 80.
WL 10.57H; Dell computer; RigBlaster; IC 7000 part of test; TS 570D/G rest.
TU to all es vy 73 de Mark N7MQ
