Comments:

Well, thanks to Bob WA2MNO and Neill NR0L for coming over for the contest. It
was kind of a limited Multi effort. Neill operated a couple hours and Bob
operated from 1:00 - 6:00 pm CST. After 23:00 UTC I was on my own. I did do
SO2R and that made it fun. But just seems bands were not that great of shape.
Tough would be a good word for it here. With the high K index I knew the bands
would be bad and they were he in MN.

Unlike cw weekend 10 and 15 meters were mostly not there...15 was open to South
America. That didn't help much. Maybe I should learn Spanish?

20 was about the normal work horse. But we even had heavy fading QSB on 20. And
on 20 I think so many stations were on top each other not even knowing it. 40,
80, and 160 were noisy. I did manage some good qso's. Seemed I would cq on 80
and 160 for a while with no answers, then s&p and guys come right back. I think
just really a lot of noise. If any one would like to comment on our signal that
would be nice, on 40 - 160. My email is kt0r at msn dot com.

Well thanks to all that QSY'd and said hello. Congrats to NX5M what a score.
Looks like you guys had some great conditions. We just didn't have much of a
east - west propagation this time around.

See you all next time...

Vry 73 Dave KT0R
