Comments:
Conditions for most of the first half of the contest were OK for the bottom of a
solar cycle. Then propagation went in the tank as the A & K indices rose.
160/80m especially suffered here in central Texas Sat night and even the big
Euro stations were a lot weaker on 40m Sat night. 15m suffered as well Sunday
AM with very little Eu coming thru.
