Comments:
Like the format, both the time on/off and the scoring.
Only got to operate for 5 hours in the first session, then less than a hour at
the start of the second session, and less than 4 hours at the start of the
third session. Too many family obligations this weekend.
Would have liked to see if 15 meters opened to Europe on Sunday as it had been
before the start of the second session on Saturday.
Heard VKs and JAs on 40 around 0900Z, but they were working other stations in
the Far East. None answered any of my CQs. ZM3R and ZM2A were worked on 40
meters during this time.
7Q7HB was worked early in the second session on 15 meters, but he wasn't in the
Contest.
Nice activity on 80 meters. Hope this indicates how the band will be for the
rest of the contest season.
