What a great feeling to be back in BERU after 10 long years (last as AT0PTT in
1998). Although I could not top that effort, a fresh start at a new location
has been made. Will be back with a better signal next year, especially LF where
I missed an 80m antenna.
High/Low-lights:
40m - VQ5XF, J88DR, should have made more G-qsos
20m - V26CC, V47CD, J88DR, highest number of VEs in a BERU (15)
15m - Opening to UK was not too good
10m - Open between 0700-1000z but no G-stations
Thanks to all the African & Carribean stations who make this contest so
exciting. This is the contest where you do not know which rare one will call
you next :)
I have made recordings of all QSOs except for the first 80 minutes of the
contest. These can be made available if any of you want to hear how you sounded
in India.
See you all in the next, with a better station and LF antennas.
