Well that was my first shot at the Russian event. My time in it was strictly
propagation based and reflects in my score/entry effect. I worked every oblast I
heard (only 3) and did my best as the conditions changed. No Russian stations
heard on the higher bands; not a breath!.

SO1R!!! Kenwood exciter into HB 3-500 amp at ~600w out. City lot antennas:
2el on 20, 2 el on 15, 5el on 10, quarter slopers on the low bands off a 2
section crankup tower to 60'. Shunt fed tower for 160.
Logging by TRLOG (the best) on DOS/pentium 1 machine.
