Comments:
As usual, I got beat out on every station I called on twenty meters the first
minute of the contest. Thank heaven for forty meters at the start on the second
radio for filling in the very first portion of the NS.
Finally worked KZ5D on 160! Thanks Art. My one-sixty sloper had come down when
a large tree limb fell on it. I repaired it today, and am back! Called K9BGL
after that but he didn't hear me.
Had to delete one QSO when the station would not repeat my number.
The activity was fantastic tonight; in fact almost too fantastic as the "jump
balls" were fierce. QRM was very high. We had quiet band conditions here
otherwise.
It really helped with such great activity from locals W5JAW, W5ZL and W5CT and
semi-local K5NZ. Thanks guys.
The N3BB most-worked awards go to:
5 QSOs: W5JAW and K5NZ
4 QSOs: K9BGL, W4NZ and W9RE
3 QSOs: N4LF, K7SS, N4OGW and K0XP
Thanks everyone for the super evening. So much fun.
Jim N3BB
