Didn't get started until about 0100z, and was surprised to find a few Q's on 10
and 15 even that late. Operated "Field Day" style portable outside from my
deck. IC-703 at 5W, Butternut 80-10m vertical and 67ft end-fed half wave wire
inverted vee with apex at 30ft. The PAR Electronics EF-10/20/40 end-fed
matchbox allowed quick, no-tune QSY across 80-10m. First time I've used an
end-fed half wave in other than a vertical configuration and I was pleased with
the results.
Thanks to all who worked hard to complete some tough QSO's due to my QRP.
