Comments:
Very difficult conditions. Throughout the contest I had problems with a high
noise level that sounded atmospheric in nature. It made a real challenge with
most contacts made S&P where I could make sure I could hear the other station
before calling. CQing was essentially useless. I had to use my DSP noise
