Comments:
This was a great outing despite bad weather and bad condx...Thanks, as
always, to the sponsors, mobiles, rovers and the many fixed stations that
were active. With the price of gas, special thanks to the following for
their great effort: Call/Q's - K8MR/17, W9MSE/14, W1NN/12, W8AV/11, W3AG
and N8TFD/10, K8RYU/9, W8TK/8, AE8M/7, W8OS/4. Thanks also to those that
QSY'd to give me the county on both modes...K8MR/W3AG/N8TFD/K8RYU/W1NN/W8AV.
Due to family commitment (grandaughters Gym meet) on Saturday morning, I
missed the first hour except for four minutes...first contact with WA8TWM
at 1656...congrats to John, K4BAI - nice horse race but could never catch
him...
My score is 13,400 points higher than last year. More contacts and more
mults by 25 and 17...!
