Comments:
Propagation non-existant on 15 & 10M. Other than a PY that called in on 15, the
other QSOs on the two bands were locals. Basically, another 20/40M contest,
with a dollop of 80M thrown in. Good participation from the YOs; they always
seemed to be calling.
