Comments:
This was my first serious contest using the two new Elecraft K3s. I think they
are a big improvement over the two Yaesu FT-1000MPs that I've been using up
until now. They handle pileups better and there are no "glitches" or "beeps"
when you press a button.
Ants: 5 el 20, 3 el 40, 1 el 80 (Force 12 Sigma 180S with Tornado tuning
drive)
Strange conditions -- East Coast was louder on 80 than they were on 20!
Congrats to Tree for yet another huge score.
I did try to use CW Skimmer in this contest, but it was pretty useless. By the
time it spotted someone, they were gone. I think it helped me work about six
QSOs total, no multipliers.
