Comments:
Conditions were bad alot of wind and power line noise. I did manage to get the
new 1296- 55-element looper up on Saturday mrng before the wind got up to
50mph. The new antenna seems to be working well, just not alot of activity on
1296-mhz this contest. 50mhz was dead in this area, heard alot of scatter but
very hard to work with L/P. Overall it was a fun contest, not near as good as
last September. 73 and Tnx to all the stations that I wrked. N4QWZ
