Our score was down compared with 2007 but conditions rather better than last
week's OCDX SSB test. Power outage for 4 hours before starting time involved
lots of extension cables and emergency generator preparation - no pre-contest
naps for us. 160m amp failed at 1200 utc - ZL1BHQ returned with old SB-1000
- repairs accomplished before sunset. Like rust, Murphy never sleeps. Hope
to see you all in CQ WW CW.
