Band condx poor with QSB making stations appear out of nowhere and returning to
nowhere, often in seconds. I enjoyed giving the AB section to whoever I could
as it appeared I was the only one active in the province of Alberta.
Unfortunately, I didn't read the rules until after the contest and it looks
like I should have been giving out VE6 instead of AB. I hope the judges make
an allowance for this oversight. I also see that I could have operated RTTY
and PSK, although I would have had to hook up a few wires to get my interface
going. I'll have to try this next time.
