Good condx considering that 15/10 were not really opened. Signal levels were
pretty good. Had all sections except NWT by the end of Sat night but had
g9iven up hope after VY1EI dropped out of sight on 15m late on Sun. afternoon.
In desperation, I went to 20m in hopes he would show up there and I could break
into the pile-up before it got too big. While I waited I called CQ to keep
some contact flow. Then, I was called by VY1EI with a big signal, much to my
surprise. And, there was my sweep. Not bad work for a poor little vertical
out in the field out back.
