Comments:
Although one of my favorite contests, I couldn't devote the right amount of time
to it this year due to getting a release out at work (www.onehub.com -- try
it!), and just getting back from VP5 the previous Tuesday evening. At the
contest start, I didn't even get home until 0315; put a few in the log, but it
seemed that band conditions weren't as favorable as they'd been earlier in the
week.
Highlights were getting called by VE8 just before the contest end, and getting
KG6ZHC into the log with six seconds to spare. It's also always great to hear
familiar calls.
And an apology -- when I was searching through the DX Window, I left my TX VFO
on 5K0T while calling HI3A three times before I noticed ... I'm sorry if my
boneheadedness caused interference.
73, hope to see you in some other 160 events this season!
