hard going with 80w from the K2 and simple wires..lost time due to antenna
repairs after a strong storm wiped out my HF dipoles and 80m Inverted-L.
No computer CW or CAT had to use SDC in manual mode as a borrowed old laptop
just hated anything more than 10w from the K2. My most testing BERU for many
years..sorry if I didn't hear you through the computer ENC.
Some great signals of 40m 5B4AGM was S9 almost -2hrs before sunset, lots of
very strong UK also. GM3POI strong on 40m at the start along with several UK.
Last qso's Sunday morning G3SED,G3FPQ both very strong at 1000z.
May well return to Africa next year.
