What is one sign you are a contester? If you put the dinner your wife brings out
to the shack in the middle of a run on 20M on top of the amplifier to keep warm,
and at midnight you finally eat the dinner, you are a contester.....
If you get a call from a neighbor that there is a severe thunderstorm warning
in your area and you open the window so you can see the lightning from the
reflection on the radio face and count how many seconds before the thunder hits
while you are running 20M, you are a contester......
Had a great time despite nothing open than 20M was usable. Can't wait for next
year, and more sunspots!
