A long day of business in NYC became longer when I-78 lost two lanes to
construction--so I didn't make it into the chair until 0254Z. I think my low
serial number for so late in the NS was surprising, generating repeat requests
in 3 of my 4 QSOs (I probably should have anticipated this and sent cut zeros).
Hopefully, I'll be on from the beginning next time.
