Comments:
Time and conditions played havoc with this one.Condx--no further explanation
required.Time--cottage time with lots of family,sun and boating.Sneaked in a 40
min.run on 20M around 20:00 and was able to run the bands with VY2SS for some
valuable mults.But wasn't able to get back to the shack until close to midnight
my time(02:36Z).By then, I was pretty well bagged(up waterskiing at 7:30am local
probably didn't help), but managed to get my second wind and hung in until the
end on the low bands with a smattering of West Coast on 20M.
You would think that VY2 would cause a bit of a stir on those bands since I was
the only one on to my knowledge(Robby was long gone to bed),but not so.Either
everyone else was in bed(smart) or activity was low.I think the latter.
Sorry wasn't able to work any other team members(Aurora Busters),but VY2 was
there.Not much success with running so most of my time was S & P on the low
bands.Hope we got into your log.73,Bill
