Includes the 300-point bonus for working W4CAE.
I know the population of South Carolina is pretty small (less than the greater
Atlanta metro area), but the lack of participation was appalling. Because of
the pronounced skip zone on 40, I got most of my mults on 75/80, but I didn't
hear a single SC station on 75/80 during the prime Saturday evening hours!
Heard lots more Salmon Run activity on 40 and of course there are MANY more
Salmon Run entries listed on this site.
Two suggestions for improving the SCQP and perhaps increasing participation in
the process: 1) In-state stations also get mults for working other states. 2)
Pick a different weekend, one with fewer other contests.
