Comments:

Absolute Disaster! I missed all of Friday evening, prior to mid-night due to
family needs. I heard a number of EU stations Saturday morning but couldn't
break the pile-ups on 20. I did manage to work CR3A on 20 at 21:36. Sunday UTC
between 00:55 and 01:09 I heard and worked JA4PAC, JA3YBK and VK4KW on 15. The
first JA's or VK I've even heard on 15 in the last 2 ywars. Sunday afternoon on
15 CN3A, AO8A, CR3L, CR2X, CR3A and PZ5M all had strong signals but I wasn't
able to break none of their pile-ups. PZ5M I believe had one of the largest
pile-ups I've ever heard. The real topper however was HC8A, on 20, the last
hour of the contest running 20 over 9 here. I tried for 20 minutes to get my
call in with-out success. I finally gave up and moved up the band and worked 2
JA's and LP1H ND L33M for points & mult's. Well, I'm looking forward to SS and
hope I can do better in CQWW CW Thanksgiving weekend. Bert, K6CSL
