Lost electrical power with a little bit more than 7 hours to go. And it happens
for a first time since the WP3R station was built!
Last year I went there on crutches, this year the power went off ... am I
jinxed there or what?
The power came back on about an hour before the end but I just didn't feel like
getting back on the air. Well ... next year.
And I think I already used up all of the bad luck for a couple of years in
advance. Just in case that the fate implements short term compensations ...
there is a contest coming up in 2 weeks, so ...
Anyway, thanks to Angel, WP3R and Pedro, NP4A for all the help with the
station. Rich, KE3Q provided a lot of information that I used throughout the
contest. And Jim, WA3FET was the main driving force behind all of it. Thanks
guys!
