Comments:
I remembered the NS about 20 minutes before it started and rushed to set up the
log and station. What a miserable outing. About half of the time, I was
wondering if my antennas were even connected. I missed almost every jump ball
that I attempted, and I got a very low response to my CQs. Most of my QSOs
were eventually via CQs.
I did not hear any signals on 20 and went to 40 after about 1 minute wasted.
Forty, 80, and 160 were all very noisy here. Many of the signals seemed weak,
and copy was difficult through the noise. I had a very raspy, loud noise on
160 right in the middle of the action. I almost quit half way through and was
not going to bother posting a score. Oh well . . .
73,
Gary
