That was another one part-time effort. The propagation in Quebec was very bad
except few short Es openings (the major one was on Saturday night). The 50% of
Q's have been made with closest USA states and with VE3's by using very strange
mix of tropo, MS and weak Es propagation. Unfortunately I missed F2 opening to
PY and other SA countries. Worked only CX and LU outside US-CA. Heard once
FM5CD but couldn't get through USA pile up.
