Elecraft K3, 66-foot end-fed wire in a tree, about 20 feet above ground.
135-foot snake RX ant.
Missed HI, AK, MT, SD, ND; never heard them. Only Canadians worked were VE1,
VE2, VE3, VE6. Did not even hear a EU (what am I doing wrong?).
Special kudos to K2PS for putting W3DQ on for the D.C. multiplier!
Thanks to several big guns who really hung in there to give me their
multiplier.
A fitting end to my three-year career in New Jersey: a lovely 6-inch snowfall,
very appropriate for 160 Meters. I will be out of here sometime later this year
for parts unknown. Maybe another country.
