Limited time due to scheduled out-of-town activity; but made some Qs for
others with 100% S&P. High QRN during passage of two small rain-storm cells.
That may be part of the reason for all the repeats.
I imagine some had distractions with NAQP RTTY Test, Las Vegas NASCAR, and
interest concerning Chile Earthquate/Tsunami events.
The test was a bit like a State QSO party in that it was laid-back, and some
locals took the time for a brief visit.
