Comments:
An outstanding effort by the mobiles in tough conditions. I've been mobile in
the MN QSO Party in February for the past seven years and I haven't had weather
like that.
40M was the only band I could get any propagation to OK. Even 40 was tough on
Sunday, signals were very light at times.
Thanks to the great mobile operators 95% of my QSOs.
