Comments:
Another GQP in the books...hope everyone had a good time and all the
mobiles make it back home safely.
Was 6 Q's ahead of last year at the break....but Sunday was much better
than Saturday, so ended up with more mults and Q's...and higher score.
Biggest surprise was YI9PSE calling me on 7.186 with a big signal on
Saturday night....he noticed that I had already worked him on 40 SSB.
Had to ask him to log it again for the GQP...hi
Missed AK, NV, VE6, VE8 and VE9 on CW....SSB - all mults were active.
Had some strange things happen in logging program...ended up with lots
of PAUL instead of N4PN in Cabrillo log...Thanks to John, K4BAI, it will
be fixed...
Thanks to all who called....expecially to all the Europeans on Sunday
afternoon.....OM2VL's signal was just almost unbelievable on all bands...
