Had a ball, introduced a couple of kids to ham radio, and spent an hour
explaining ham radio's value and the challenges it faces to our state
representative. And if it got too hot or I lost my run frequency, well, I just
shut 'er down and went for a swim in the lake! Dipoles work just great and when
you get to sit on the band edge for some reason, the fish just keep on biting.
