Comments:

A few good hours of Es openings Saturday and Sunday, but propagation could have
sustained a good deal more activity! Made about 15 double-hop contacts with
longest to CN87. Worked VP5 when looking for Caribbean/Europe, but thats all
outside US. Only one 60+ hour.

Entered as 6-meter only, but made 20 or so 144 MHz QSOs, mainly on request.
Nothing unusual on that band (and wonder how K5QE tallied 85 grids--a great
achievement).

The 6- and 2-meter only format is a welcome variation from ARRL contacts, as it
rewards operating skills more than extensive UHF band arrays and allows modest
stations a much better chance to compete. Would also like to see it a pure
SSB/CW contest as well.
