Another fun operating event of our Portland Radio Contester Club group. Great
to have Jim KI7Y, Sean KD7MSC, Jennifer K7NAA (who raised eyebrows when she
gave the exchange - RALPH? You don't sound lika a RALPH!), Andy KE7AUB, Joe
AD7XZ and myself, K7ZS.
We fell short of last year's score by about 5,000 points - mainly due to 20
meters not quite measuring up. And, without 15 meters here on the Left Coast,
it just makes for some slow going in the first half of the contest.
Thanks for all the contacts, always a fun contest - not too long and a good
chance to get the contest juices flowing for the upcoming season.
