As usual, took a while to get the rhythm of this contest down, but after 20-30
QSOs it came back. KH2/N2NL was flea weak on 20m but in the log! KH2 is a very
difficult path from the Caribbean at this time of the day.
First time using NP2X in a higher speed CW test, and the call seems to play
well with very few asking for repeats. Bands were very quiet, especially given
the thunder & lightning we had earlier in the day.
Worked most of the usuals, including fellow FCGer W2TX, but there seemed to be
fewer than normal number of newer stations to work. Only multiplier heard but
not worked was VE4.
Many thanks to Brad, WP2B, for the use of the KP2M contest station. It
certianly plays well, and the VI multiplier doesn't hurt either, hi hi.
