Comments:

Brutal and Painful from up here. High bands poor/low bands noisey !

Quite a few insisted I was VA9 (hi hi)

Missed 2 for the sweep (MERC and SISK)

I did manage a few W6's on all bands(cept 10m). (K6IDX comes to mind)

At one point K6M was the loudest W6 on 15m (only 5/1) and he told me he was
running a dipole in a tree and working from a camper in a rainstorm ! WOW.

10m=dead
15m=almost never open. A wee bit of signals now and then but vy hard to get
attn of the guys on the left coast ! Almost never anything on the S-meter at
all.
20m=normal. WHEW--good thing
40m=noisey and went real long quick
80m=super noisey and echo-y (is echo-y a word?)

Where were all the mobiles? Worked K6AQL from 6 counties (nice ears, btw)but I
don't think any other Rovers that I know of.

My initial goal was 100 Q's, then 200, then 300, then 50k, which happened at
T-10mins.

Many thanks to all the great ops in Cal who put on a great show.
