Comments:
An on-and-off, part-time effort here. The going seemed especially tough for
this QRP operation. Conditions must have been just good enough to leave my
signal mostly below the noise level, and I am extremely appreciative to those
ops that had to strain a little to hear me and ask for repeats. On several
occasions I found I couldn't make myself heard on any active band, as if my
transmitter had quit, but I knew it hadn't. The condition usually lifted
within an hour, fortunately, and I was being heard again.
I will feel better in the CW version, but I just can't let such a great contest
go by .. even if it is "phone". ;-)
