Comments:
An exercise in futility! You know the expression "if I can hear them, I can
work them"? That is NOT me! I could hear plenty, just couldn't get 'em to
hear me. 20m wall to wall QRM during the day, 40m wall to wall QRM at night.
Found respites in 15m and 10m during the day, and 80m at night. Heard plenty
of Outlaws on the air. Thanks to all!
