Comments:

Only got on for 8 hours on Sunday. Got on just after 1500Z, put in a few hours,
took a break when family came, then got on in the evening again til 0200. 40
was in great shape early on in the afternoon it seemed. 80 didn't seem to be
in the best of shape Sunday evening. Seemed better in CW weekend from here.

Normally I would put in a full 24 however Saturday my wife had a baby shower
given by family (we are expecting our first in January!!). So, Saturday I had
the duty of entertaining family (the guys) at a local bar. Watched the Badgers
win another! Sunday evening we hosted some family after the shower and I was
too tired to get on late.

Got on Sunday morning just after 9 local time. A few years back I only had a
few hours on Sunday and this can be alot of fun with the "fresh meat" factor on
SS Sunday! It did not disappoint today. I had a hard time finding a place to
run early, but after getting settled in, had great rate for most of the time
on, especially the first few hours. My first 2 hours on were 100+ with the
best clock hour I think at 117. The rate meter pushed past 150/hr a few times.
 Great fun!

40 was a bottomless pit of QSO's. 80 was a bit noisy and as I said earlier,
seemed better CW weekend.

Missed VO1, VE4, VE5, PR and MS. I never heard any of them in my short time
on! I had NT and AK call me on 15 Sunday afternoon and thought I may pull off
the sweep and find the rest. I CQed til I was blue in the face hoping to get
any of the 5 but no joy!

Thanks for all the QSO's. See you all next weekend from W0AIH in CQWW CW!
Happy Thanksgiving!

73,

Ryan KB9OWD
