Comments:
Local noise fortunately was intermittent on for only 3 minutes every 15. Had a
lack of European activity near their sunrise. Fair activity just after my
sunset. Most of my 5 pointers called in while I was CQ'ing. Surprised at the
lack of Caribbean activity. There were many stations on during the week
preceeding the test. I just can not watch football in the mirror mounted on
the operating desk. Too distracting... I learned to use the K3 at 300 hz
bandwidth. I would buy a FT-5000 if I had an extra $6000 dollars to spend (or
I would buy two more K3's...)
