Comments:
Only a half time effort this year due to antenna work. Lesson: get your 160
meter antennas fixed in October because there ain't enough free time in
November!
Condx seemed good around the continent, had no trouble working all areas of the
US and Canada. But I found very little DX. A few Caribbeans, JA's, and UA9's was
all. I think I heard a whisper of an OH but couldn't pull the whole call out.
Where was Florida? I only missed a few states, and Florida was one. Odd.
Had a good nap last evening & so didn't fall asleep at the rig too much.
Overall I am pleased, kept up a fairly decent (for me) rate all night.
My station:
K3 + sub rx
2 x 813 amp, 700 W
Tx+Rx ant: 50 ft telescoping mast, top loaded.
80 meter dipole for diversity receive.
73 and see you all in the Stew, Carl WS7L
