Comments:
got some new blood here that may be candidates for membership. Good fists. I
would be willing to sponsor OK1DIG, W8FB, N0AC and K7RF. K7RF was on both the
1100Z and 1900Z 1 hour sprints. The other 3 are aggressive and know how to
contest; and, good ops.
New Subj: I operated as KG4QW in Guantanamo Bay, CUBA 6-19 OCT. I made 2700 Qs
on CW that included 79 countries and WAS on 2 bands. I uploaded my logs to LoTW
and was suprised that over 900 of the 2700 were confirmed on LoTW; good
percentage!
I worked the 3 one hour CWT Sprint while I was there under KG4QW so if you are
not on LoTW, did not send me a card or want a card, email me to my
K4CQW@arrl.net and I will get a card out to you. Nice picture of a Iguana and,
KG4 has not had a CW operator in over 4 years so I hope I made some DX guy
happy!
