Great fun to be back in the NSL again, after missing a week.. Thanks to NCCC BOD
N6ZFO and group for setting it up and running, and also to Ken N6RO for running
the in between sessions..
Conditions good here tonite.. Started on 20m, very weak signals, so off to 40m
early for 21Q's in 11 minutes, bounced back to 20m for 2 quick Q's with KN5H
and N3ZZ who were both S5 very good signals. Next was 80m, which was the best I
have heard it here, 22Q's in 12 minutes, ten to 160m which was tough, got beat
out a lot by the east boys, 8 Q's in 7 minutes.. Had a great start and hoped
for 60 Q's, but knew 160m would be tough to hold up that rate. Very happy with
how things worked,,got the software repaired.. etc..
5 minute breakdowns: 8,10,11,10,7,7.. so a good start but not so good finish on
80 and 160m, especially 160.
