Comments:
First Sprint since early 2003. K6LL recruited me to fill out our team, the 10th
guy. Kinda reminded me of hockey back on the frozen ponds of MI when I played
with the older kids and they just needed another cold body to even up a team.
;-)
Anyhow, its no secret that I hate Sprints. I recalled within 10 minutes why I
havent competed in one in 8 yrs! This is madness. I dont belong in this event.
It's for really skilled folks, not me.
I said, to xyl N7RQ after it was over, "Don't tell anyone that this was a blast
and I cant wait to improve my skills and enter another".
Time changes things. ;-)
