My Web browser brought up your Website the night before and the morning of the
CWT in a form that contained the previous time for the morning test--1100Z to
1200Z. I operated during this hour and worked 5 other stations who had thought
the same thing. Later in the day I launched your Website again, and this time
the first hour had changed to 1300Z. How did this happen?
