Conditions not so good on 40 here in Hudson Valley of NY. Friday night (local
time) featured lines of nearby thunder storms, with LOTS of QRN. Still much QRN
on Saturdy though a little quieter.
30 more Qs and 23 more prefixes than last year, BUT, fewer 6-point QSOs, so
claimed score ~28K lower than last year.
As last year, could not get any good runs going to EU (my 'bread & butter' for
this contest). Still thinking about the GOOD conditions two years ago.
A good time nevertheless. Thanks to all for the QSOs
