For the "New One On Me" department: what to do when an op sends a s/n of zero
and then spends two minutes explaining why--45 minutes before contest end?
With a booming signal, "I'm not working the contest but just handing out QSOs,
etc., etc." At least he didn't send a negative integer, an imaginary, or, more
descriptive, an irrational!
The contesting ops worldwide were great, making obvious efforts to make the
exchanges accurately, despite variable band conditions. A truly enjoyable
event! Too bad only one CW per year...
