Comments:
Like format and scoring system, pity conditions so poor, also seemed less
activity than lasy year (outside DL).
Struggle to work outside Europe, except for a few short openings on 40, 20 and
15; conditions here best in first period.
Total QSO's down on last year, mainly on 10 and 15m, but score up, may be due
to rule changes?.
