Extreme line noise (S9 +30db!) made 20 useless. 80 and 40 had S9 noise. 15 was
best with S4 noise but propagation seemed really strange and I worked all I
could hear. Switched to the CWOps contest for relief :>) Tine to call my
utility company...again!
