OK, Same UTC time year around, gives us a nice early start now until March.
Oh yeah, Dupes allowed, I wasn't quite on board with that. Got it fixed
after a couple minutes. Worked the same few guys over and over, so I
called it quits at 20 minutes. Nice guys, but I wasn't ready for an hour
of duping them.
